Our Farm

At Akshaya Farms, we do not use synthetic chemical fertilisers, chemical pesticides or chemical-based inputs in our farming. We are committed to serious, chemical-free farming and work to maintain the natural balance of our soil, plants, animals and farm ecosystem.
Instead of depending on products purchased from outside, we prepare our own natural manures and plant-protection preparations using resources available within the farm, including inputs derived from our native cows.
Our cows are an integral part of the farm. They are not kept confined in captivity. They are allowed to roam freely across the farm, graze naturally and live as part of the agricultural ecosystem.
Even their care follows our natural philosophy. We do not use commercial soaps for bathing our cows. Neem oil and turmeric are used as natural alternatives for their care.
Our aim is to keep the farm as self-reliant and naturally balanced as possible — growing our own inputs, caring for our animals naturally, nourishing our soil and returning what the farm produces back into the farming cycle.
